To install Veloxee, do the following:

  • Uninstall any other antivirus software or app that you may have on your device;
  • Click the “Download Veloxee now” below to save Veloxee’s setup file anywhere on your device (downloads are typically saved in the Downloads folder for most browsers);

  • Install the setup. Double click (left) on the downloaded file and run as administrator;
  • Click “Yes” on the prompt that comes after;
  • Choose your default language, agree with our terms and conditions, then click on the “install Veloxee” button to complete the installation process;
  • Once this is done, launch the app and put your security companion, Veloxee, to work.
Veloxee offers users a 30-day full refund policy if you’re not entirely satisfied with all or any of our products. To get your refund, contact us with reasonable reasons why our products don’t satisfy you and we would refund your payment back almost immediately.

Veloxee subscribers are entitled to the activation and renewal of their Veloxee software for life.

There’s the Veloxee auto-renewal feature that is activated upon purchase.

Users can also activate/renew their Veloxee subscription following this process below:

  • Go to https://www.veloxee-av.com/
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “sign up” or login for existing users;
  • Enter your email and password;
  • Once you’re logged in, navigate to your account settings;
  • Click subscription;
  • Follow the prompts and provide the required information.

 

  • With the Veloxee antivirus software, this is highly unlikely. But, in the case this occurs, restart your device, press the F8 key continuously until the Windows Advanced Options menu shows;
  • Pick the Safe Mode option and ENTER;
  • Sometimes, it could be that the app was installed wrongly. So, you might have to reinstall the software and follow the installation process diligently to avoid reoccurrence.
  • Don’t forget to always download this app only from the Veloxee website alone.

When your Veloxee software doesn’t connect, check your network settings, restart the app and try again.

To improve your system’s performance,

  • Start your Veloxee app;
  • Navigate to “Device Security,” click to open.
  • Double-click on “Performance,” and then “Optimize Device.”

Once this is done. Close the app and continue to use your device.
